Our home comes equipped with 4 adult seasonal beach badges.brbrOur four bedroom, 1 bathroom home has plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Front room contains a dining room table that seats 6, along with a couch area. The living room area has a sectional couch and 55 inch smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a small island with counter height seating for two, as well as a washer and dryer.brbrDownstairs you will find two bedrooms, each containing a queen size bed with closet space. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and closet, while the other boasts two bunkbeds (twin over full style). Guests are responsible to bring their own linens. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit.brbrThis home has a shared driveway and open backyard area with the neighbors, please be careful and courteous when pulling in. The backyard has available parking for two vehicles. Home has a trex deck and grill in backyard as well as an outdoor shower.brbrOur home is located in family friendly and quiet Seaside Park. And we are just a few blocks walking distance to all of the entertainment Seaside Heights boardwalk has to offer. This Large home can accommodated big families or extended family and friends. 4 levels, with finished basement, garage, laundry room, outside shower, inside full bath for those return trips from the beach. The first floor has both beautiful front and back porches with a new kitchen with Kitchen Aid Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops. Hardwood oak floors throughout the house & open floor plan. dinning room, living room, sitting room and full bath. The second floor has a master bedroom, with a small bedroom off the master. There are two additional bedrooms (total of 4) that are nice size with bunk beds and queen size beds. There is a large second story porch, with beautiful views of the the Ocean and the Bay. Wonderful for evening relaxation in the cool ocean breeze. The Third floor is an open cape loft, with a full bathroom, two large closets, a queen size bed on one side and two twin size beds on the other. ABSOLUTELY NO PROM, GRADUATION OR COLLEGE GROUPS. This is a 'FAMILIES ONLY' House!brbrThis is a wonderful home, great location, in residential year round neighborhood. A Million Dollar house with multi million dollars homes all around! Great views, with a quiet neighboorhood, in the best part of Seaside Park! The Boadwalk amusement area is 1.5 miles away, far enough to keep the traffic and crowds away, but close enough for an evening stroll or quick bike ride on the boardwalk in the early morning! (We even provide the bikes for you to ride!!!!) brbrThe house is fully equiped with beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill and plenty of off street parking for 5 cars. There is a rennovated full bathroom in the basement/garage where you can shower after the beach or take a quick trip back for those 'emergencies!' The outside shower is large, with room to change and hot and cold water.brbrNeaby are excellent restuarants, shops and amusements. Easy access to Toms River, with Ocean County Mall and two multi-plex movie theatre complexes in the area. You will have a wonderful vacation at this excellent beach house with room for family and friends. Whether you want a quiet day at the beach or the excitement of go-karts/mini golf/water park- this is the place for you. Summer should be fun- Enjoy!brbrThe spacebrThe house is two levels. To access the main level there are three exterior steps onto a covered porch. The main level includes the living room with a brand new recliner sectional sofa, a dining table with chairs for 8 (plus additional folding chairs if needed), a custom fully equipped kitchen, a half bath (plus a big outdoor shower with changing room), and the first of four bedrooms (the anchor room). One flight of stairs up has three additional bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has an attached bath with a stand up shower as well as a large jacuzzi soaking tub, and there is also a full bath in the hall with a shower/tub combo. Specific bedroom set up details below:br1- Anchor Room (Main level): Queen bed plus twin day bed with twin floor mattress (total sleeping for four)br2- Palm Suite (Upstairs): Queen bed plus twin day bed with twin trundle (total sleeping for four). This bedroom has an ensuite with a stand up shower, and a large soaking jacuzzi tub.br3- Whales & Tales Room (Upstairs): Can be set up as either a king bed, or two twin XL beds (total sleeping for two)br4- Starfish Room (Upstairs): Queen bed plus twin trundle (total sleeping for three)brbrEach bed will have sheets, a pillow and a quilt and each registered guest will be provided a bath towel. We also left several beach towels in the closet in the half bathroom. We just ask that if you use the beach towels, please wash and dry them and put them back in the closet before you check out!brGuest accessbrGuests will have access to the entire home except for one locked closet in the whales & takes room (there are two other closets in this room that are available for the guests to use).brOther things to notebrWith the house set up out of the way, let’s get to the fun stuff. We hope you feel right at home in our place and can kick off an EASY, STRESS FREE and FUN week at the shore! So let’s talk about some of the items in the house for you.brbrTHE BASICS:br- Starter Items: We will try to leave you with enough stuff to get ya started. Cleaning spray, a dish sponge, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and an extra roll of paper towels are under the kitchen sink. There will be some dish liquid by the kitchen sink and the slop sink in the utility room, and hand soap by the other sinks. And we will ensure there is a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom. We certainly hope you have what you need to get started before you hit a store. We can also share a list of nearby grocery store options if you need!br- Bed Linens: Sheets and quilts are provided for all beds. At the foot of each queen sized bed, is a quilt for the twin size trundle bed in that room and each room has a pillow for each sleeping spot.br- Bath Towels: We will leave out one bath towel for each registered guest!br- Smart TVs & WIFI: The house has wifi, and there are five brand new smart TVs in the house (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). Feel free to login to your streaming services on any tv but please log yourself out before you leave-br- Beach Badges: At check in you will find a glass jar in the center of the dining room table which has a lanyard with 8 adult beach badges (kids under 13 do not require a badge) --- We think it’s better to keep the badges together than separate the badges and potentially lose some. The badge checkers are reasonable at the beach so as long as someone has them there, you should be okay! We do have to remind you though, it’s a “you lose you buy” situation, so make the most responsible person in your group take charge and have a blast :)br- Beach Towels: There is a closet within the half bathroom that will have a stack of beach towels that you can use! And in the back of the house there is a laundry line to dry them when you come back from the beach. We ask if you use any beach towels please wash and dry them and put them back in the half bath closet before you check out!br- Beach Chairs: There will be 6 adult beach chairs in the utility closet off the back of the kitchen, feel free to use them but just make sure you put them back at the end of your stay!br- Beach Cart: There is a red foldable radio flyer wagon which you can feel free to use! It is also located in the utility closet off the back of the kitchen.br- Coolers: There are a couple of coolers in the utility closet off the back of the kitchen!br- Washer/Dryer: There is a closet in the kitchen area that has a washer dryer for you to use.br- Games: We know, rainy days can be a bummer, and cranky kids can put a damper on the day. So the entry coat closet has tons of games and activities to keep everyone busy! Just try to put the pieces back in each box.br- Kitchen: Our goal is to make sure you have what ya need to slay Sunday sauce, grill up a feast, or just be sure you can quickly make pasta when the kiddies are hungry. We consider our kitchen fully stocked, but here is a list of some items (certainly not all) to give you a better sense of what you will find: stainless steel pots, PFOA free non-stick pans, Gevalia drip coffee pot (with filters), Keurig coffee machine, hand mixer, blender, grill utensils (cabinet above the stove), glass storage containers, serving bowls and boards, cutting boards, etc. Some of the smaller appliances are in the cabinets on the back side of the kitchen, along with plenty of empty space for your snacks and pantry stuff.br- BBQ: there is a large weber grill with a natural gas line. That means no need for propane. All you need to do is open and close the gas valve after every use!br- First Aid: We don’t want to jinx it, but we know things happen… so hopefully not… but if you need anything in the closet in the half bathroom there is a red first aid box which should have a bit of everything to turn that frown upside downbr- Sewing Kit: We genuinely don’t want anything to derail your fun, so if your partner ate too much, split his/her shorts just head to the closet in the half bathroom for all your sewing needs :)br- Pets: We will allow up to two dogs per stay (unfortunately no other pets will be accepted due to allergies in our family), but will require an additional pet fee. That said, we do NOT allow pups on the furniture, and we ask that you crate them when you are not in the house. There is a spare 30” folding crate in the utility closet off the back of the kitchen which you can feel free to use.
