Ideal for a family of 4. With all the comforts of home plus an outdoor patio to enjoy that early morning coffee or that late evening drink with friends and family. brbrWe try to make your vacation as stress free as possible; we provide all bed linens, pillows, comforter, kitchen supplies, pot, pans, dishes and toiletries, (just bring your own towels). brbrFor MAY, JUNE and SEPTEMBER we only accept a 3-night minimum.brbrFor JULY and AUGUST, we only accept weekly rentals from Friday to FridaybrbrReserve early for the best times…..brbrITEMS TO NOTE:br1) Please note the Kitchen ceiling height is approx. 6 ft 6 in. brbr2) Parking for the association is located in a parking lot down the street on 35N. The main living area contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however this still requires a single level of stairs to access.brbr7) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.brbr8) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay.
