The massive, open-concept third floor features a 12 ft dining table & a 16 ft kitchen island (allowing comfortable seating for 20 at meal time + 2 high chairs). The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with ocean views everywhere you look, while incorporating two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a double faucet kitchen sink, and 6 burner range (with griddle for beach breakfasts). Large meals can be prepared and cleaned up in no time, so no need to spend tons on eating out (though the Island does have many family-friendly restaurant options as well).brbrWhen it comes to moments of relaxing and down time, this house has it all. Enjoy daily sunrises over the beach, with your choice of coffee from the kitchen’s separate coffee bar, from any one of the three oceanfront deck balconies.
