Our open and roomy beach house is located less than 1 mile from gorgeous and peaceful Brigantine Beach. The house is also nestled in the middle of Brigantine Golf Links without being directly on the course. Our home is perfect for family beach vacations or a group of friends looking for the option to be in a quiet beach town that’s only a 10 minute Uber to Atlantic City!brbrOur home was renovated 3 years ago in order to create an open and comfortable space for a family or friend beach getaway. The house has ample free parking - 1 garage spot, 2 spots in the driveway and plenty of available street parking. There are 2 large living rooms with comfortable couches, flat screen TVs (75 HD LED TV), and Apple TV. The bedrooms are all spacious with the ability to accommodate additional air mattresses if needed. There are 2 full baths upstairs and 1 half bath on the first floor. We also recently added a high quality outdoor shower in the backyard. Upstairs bathrooms come with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, real Chicago brick floors with an island, 2 stools and a kitchen table/eating area, making it easy to entertain. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to make a big family meal. You can also enjoy our back deck with outdoor dining table and chairs, umbrella and gas grill. Washer and dryer are located in the mud room next to the garage. The house also comes with plenty of beach towels, 5 beach chairs, and 10 beach tags.
