As you enter the will be a bayfront bedroom to your left which includes 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as access to a deck with 2 rocking chairs. To the right you will find the downstairs bath with a walk-in shower, and 2 additional bedrooms each containing queen beds. brbrAs you go up the stairs you will enter the 2nd floor living area in the spacious kitchen. You have a large island at the center, with seating for 5. There is a separate bar area with a built in beverage fridge to have you prepared to entertain all your guest. The laundry room and a separate 1/2 bath are at the front of the house. As you move towards the bay you will find a large, round kitchen table great for eating as a group or gathering at other times for games, puzzles, or just hanging out. There is an L shaped sectional that anchors the family room, with views of the bay from all the seats. In the cooler months light the fireplace to create a cozy, warm space. The deck off the 2nd floor contains 2 tables with seating for up to 8 to watch the amazing sunset views! There is a spiral staircase off the deck that leads to the first deck, as well as to the outside, ground floor area.brbrThe top floor of the house contains the master and jr suites, both with their own in suite bathrooms. There is also a bonus room equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa. A convenient half bathroom is accessible from both the bonus room and the hallway. The second floor includes four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private en suite full bathroom. Two bedrooms each include two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed.
