There's a shuttle that picks up at the end of our parking lot with service to Heavenly's Stagecoach and Boulder ski lifts. The walk to Stagecoach lift and lodge takes 8 minutes. You can ski or walk to Boulder ski run from the lot. Activities close by are hiking, biking, boating, beaches, casinos, shopping, restaurants and night life. Our condo is cozy and relaxing after the days activities. Settle in and enjoy spending time with family and friends. brbrThe property is located in Upper Kingsbury of Stateline, NV. It is a 3bd/2ba condo and provides 1 king and a queen futon in MBR, BR #2 has a queen and BR #3 has a double. The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room with electric fireplace and large windows to take in the magnificent views. There are 3 Smart TVs, (1 in family room, 1 in MBR, and 1 in BR #2). Washer/Dryer in house. The condo is an end unit on the second floor. The views from the deck of the lake and mountains are stunning and picturesque! Parking is free and limited to two vehicles with overflow parking nearby. For security, there is an exterior only security camera at the front door and the guest entrance is lit at dark. In the neighborhood, there is a convenience store, BBQ restaurant and bar with TVs for sports and serves breakfast, two ski lifts and parking areas.
