to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

Stunning views! Very cozy and great to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset with a coffee.
Very nice place. Comfortable for our family of 3 with 2 dogs. Pool was a short walk and very clean. Just a couple things such as no curtains so the sun was shining directly in to the livingroom, and the downstairs bathroom was so tiny it was uncomfortable to shower in. But overall we really enjoyed it!
We stayed for 1 week and after 1 day of checking in We reached out by text and phone to the luxe number provided. I Was told someone named Julio would be contacting us. No one ever called or text. No one from you office call to see if our issues were resolved either. We had Tv issues and it wasn't the internet. TV keeps loosing sound and connection .Could not use the fireplace at all. Control not working or gas was off with no tool to turn it on. Mainly disappointed that you didn't care enough to keep back.
Beautiful view! The fireplace was broken. I was very disappointed I was not informed about it being broken. Part of the reason I chose to stay here was the fireplace. Lake Tahoe area is fabulous to visit.
Phenomenal view of the lake/mountains & nightly sunset. Something you’ll never forget!! Inside of the house is deceivingly small (1 open bedroom loft, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds, and kitchen/dining/living room all essentially 1 space. Updated decor was nice, beds were great…but cleanliness was pretty underwhelming (hair everywhere, bathrooms dirty, bath tubs gross/bath curtains moldy). Figuratively a very hot and cold house (literal = no issues) - quiet area at the top of the mountain and a great place for a **SMALL** family. Not terrible for the price, but probably expected a bit more refinement and certainly a lot more cleanliness. Large clock fell off the wall due to what was probably a rowdy neighbor (I believe it is a rental as well), but host was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding in taking care of it. Overall, a 7/10, but could have EASILY been a 9/10 if cleanliness standards didn’t give you the heebie-jeebies sometimes.
Great location. Unfortunately the fire place did not work and (maybe my fault) the second bedroom was a loft area...Guess I assumed it would be a room with a door...
Nice spot to stay for the week. Great views. Close to the Stagecoach lift. Plenty of parking. Shuttle picks up right in front of the condo (parking lot). Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and disposable items like papertowels, soap, etc. Kitchen fully furnished. Beds comfortable. The condo is a one bedroom plus loft. The loft is open, so who ever is up there can hear everything and see lights flip off and on. Stairwell to the loft is in a bad location. It jutts out in the middle of the entrance. We smacked our heads several times. Bedroom with bunkbeds is very tight and hard to move around. Hot tub and pool are down the road and not very convenient. Especially with all the snow. No sidewalks.
Normally not one to review but I'll give it a shot. Overall, we were very happy with the cabin. Great views, spacious cabin, good amenities. Few comments: 1. Upstairs restroom had some hair in it. 2. Fireplace was not working. Did receive phone call from Julio, I'm assuming someone who works for the complex, trying to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. I requested he put it off until we left. 3. Parking became a bit of an issue as all of the spots were overtaken by skiers. None of my comments would deter us from booking this cabin again. I think this will be our go to spot. Thank you
Home was wonderful. Well furnished, clean, and well styled. N But nothing compared to the view this place has. We could see a wonderful view of the lake with snow capped mountains in the back. Would definitely stay here again.
Location is a 5-minute shuttle ride to the Stagecoach Lodge. The stop is about150 feet from the the door to the condo. The shuttle is free and runs every 15-20 minutes throughout the day. There is one bedroom and a bed in the loft, which is open to the living room below. Kitchen is small but adequate. Appliances and supplies are good. The condo has a partial view of the lake, which is very nice. Washing machine and dryer are not in the unit.
We enjoyed our time at this condo. The views were amazing. The downstairs bedroom is small and could benefit from less furniture. The bunkbed would be nice if you have kids though. Upstairs bedroom is an open loft so be aware of that if you have someone sleeping on the couch since you'll hear any snoring from the living room and/or loft :) We loved having our Thanksgiving here with our small family. Definitely would return.
Only good thing was no steps. Downstairs bedroom to small and very cramped couldn't use it. Said they had three TVs only one worked. Said had a washer and dryer but it wasn't in the condo. My wife which isn't your fault has limited mobility had to sleep on the couch, couldn't go up to spiral staircase. Condo was easy accessibility and had a good view. I wouldn't recommend for super seniors like us?
Keurig coffee maker leaks. Dishwasher door will not close.
