Lake Tahoe Getaway - Minutes to Local Activities, Yet a World Away.

Stateline, Nevada, United States

5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8brbrStay a few days for a quick getaway, or enjoy an extended experience for a week or a month for a significant discount.brbrOur property has the best of both worlds, a quiet place to simply stay and rest or a place to use as your home base while you actively explore the beautiful area and great outdoors for the full Lake Tahoe experience. You can relax and enjoy the filtered views from the deck, situated among the treetops, or visit the nearby village, beaches, casinos, hiking trails, fishing spots or golf resort, which are all within only 5 - 10 minutes away (most local attractions and places to explore are within 2 miles from the house).brbrThings To Do:brbrTake your pick from a variety of things to do nearby. Spend quiet time on your own doing something creative, share quality time with your family and friends on property in comfortable shared space, or go out and explore nearby hiking trails, fishing or golfing, rent a water craft (boat, wave runners, paddle boards, kayaks) at a nearby popular local beach resort like Zephyr Cove Resort where you can also catch the cruise across the lake on the M.S. Dixie, or just lounge by the lake and swim. If you are looking for entertainment, there are several entertainment venues and restaurants just minutes away at the Stateline resorts and casino area.brbrFor a little change of scenery, you can quickly get to the charming town of Genoa, just on the other side of the mountain, where you will find the oldest bar in Nevada. If you have the time, you should take day trips to explore all around Lake Tahoe, visit Reno, and you might even like to experience the historic wild west town of Virginia City, a bona fide frontier boomtown. Whatever your appetite is, for adventure or tranquility, this is the perfect spot to have it all. (This can also be a home base for a small group of athletes to do high altitude training).brbrQuiet and Comfortable:brbrThe house is newly remodeled and is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the Stateline resorts and casinos, Edgewood Tahoe golf resort, Zephyr Cove Resort and beach, and much more. The property is situated against a hillside, set back from the neighboring houses for a more private experience. The exterior walkway is a gradual incline from the driveway and garage area leading up to the house, and then there is an exterior stairway leading up to the front entrance. Once inside, there is one interior stairway for the reverse floor plan. The first level has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the second level includes the master bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, laundry and pantry room, and access to the deck.brbrThe combination of beds in the 5 bedrooms include 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 double bed.
