This 100 year-old historic home is only blocks from Forest Park, the site of the 1904 World's Fair and St. Louis Zoo. brbrUPDATE: On May 16, 2025 the Forest Park area was hit with a mile-wide tornado. Our building had minimal damage and maintains 100% occupancy. Some of the buildings along our street suffered roof damage, broken windows and uprooted trees.
