If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.br• Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.br• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)br• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.br• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.br• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).br• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.br• Only homes specifically labeled “Pet Friendly” on the listing permit dogs; all other homes are strictly no-pet properties. Guests must notify the Minnestay team in advance if bringing a dog, and pet fees apply starting at $150. Most Pet Friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog unless otherwise approved. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties with prior notice; emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under this policy. br• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).br• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.br• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.br• Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.br• Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.br• All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.br• Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.br• Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee.br• Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.br• Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.br• Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM.
