We took advantage of walking and running everyday down to Boothbay Harbor. Loved being able to take a short five minute walk for both breakfast and dinner at Bogie's at the Spruce Point Inn. Lots of space around the house. We have a fire pit for small little s'more moments and Bocce for that mellow evening outback. There is space for two cars and places for the kids to run or the adults to just hang or a bit of all the above- including a lovely outdoor shower off the deck.brThe open first floor plan with all new appliances and loads of windows makes you feel like your in a tree house. All modern but lovingly decorated with charm and comfort and ease. Huge sofa and reclining leather chair makes looking out into the forest with the HVAC a beautiful thing after a hot day. There is a Sonos sound system for your music pleasure.brbrDownstairs are the 2 bedrooms, the larger with sliding doors leading out to the yard. The other has 3 large windows looking out to the forest. There is also a washer dryer on this level as well as storage for towels and extra linens. There is a small half bath on this floor. (This is a walkout floor onto the yard and the fire pit.) brbrThis is home is best suited for our small family or romantic get away. It's approx. 980 sq. feet but we use every bit. Our neighbors we love and respect and we expect our tenants to do the same. It's a great walk anywhere from our house. A very short drive or walk to the market and all beaches. We are 5 minutes drive to town, bayside beaches, and kettle ponds; 8 minute drive to oceanside beaches, and neighboring P-town is just 15 minute drive away. As a family we enjoy the leisurely 10-15 minute bike ride into Wellfleet town center for groceries, ice cream and shopping. brbrOur house features the beautiful artwork of the former owner, a local artist and art educator. Our property features a functioning artist live/work space for a year round artist, which is on site in the property's adjacent garage.
