I LOVE dogs, but only want super responsible dog owners, in order to keep it working as a pet considered property. My beloved cleaning girl has also BEGGED me to only take in non shedding breeds (she's amazing and I wouldnt be able to do it without her so I need to keep her happy!!! It is an impeccably well cared for home, and I want it to be that way for ALL renters. I have lost favorite furniture, gardens, carpets by even considering it. Though I want you to be able to have the option (along with the responsibility) of having your sweetie with you!brFor this reason I charge a pet fee (less than a kennel would cost AND you're able to have your buddy on vacation with you) to account for there simply being more wear and tear on the property, and stress on myself, my partner, and beloved cleaning girl... than would exist with a family coming with NO dog (as many do).
