We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The coastal décor was charming and made the space feel both relaxing and welcoming. There was plenty of room for our family to enjoy time together or spread out when needed. The location was perfect—close to everything in town, which made exploring easy and convenient. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio for relaxing in the evenings. Having the Joy Cottage nearby was a huge bonus, allowing our extended family to stay close without feeling crowded. The owners were also immediately responsive to our minor concerns, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend this home for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Relaxing. Nice setting and plenty of space for multiple families.

We had a great time! We did not stay much at the house as we were out and about but we enjoyed our time at the house when we were home. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and the location of the property. We were able to catch sunrise and sunsets at beautiful beaches. The drive way was bit challenging but we managed. We did not use the grill or the out door space but overll, we had an excellent time and we will visit again and highly recommend this property! Thank you!

This was such a convenient place. Pond access just down the street and lots of beaches on both sides of the cape. The home was great. Very clean and well stocked.

We loved discovering Baker Pond and nature and running trails. Back roads go all the way to Cliff Pond in Nickerson. Real cooks will love high quality cookware: nice plates, glasses and 3 separate hang out spaces

This home was perfect for our family of 10 people! We had 8 adults and two grandchildren in our party. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. We loved the central kitchen and large table to accommodate our crew for meals and for playing evening card games. The outdoor patio was lovely and the shed with beach gear was helpful. The house is safely located off the road with a long driveway offering plenty of parking spaces for our 4 vehicles. We loved everything about this house and hope to return next year!

We loved the house and the location. This was our seventh summer rental at the Cape and our favorite house. We were two families with four parents and six children between 23 and 12. Plenty of room for sleeping and the downstairs area was spacious with a very large kitchen, family room and a TV room. Outdoor area with table and fire pit. This was our second time staying in Orleans and we love the town, location was perfect with a drive of less than 5 minutes to main street and ten minutes to Nauset and Skaket beaches which are our favorites. House was very clean and had everything stocked with anything you'd need for vacation. Owners were very quick to respond with any questions. Appliances were all new. So a great time, highly recommend the property. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
