Seymour Pond is one of the many kettle ponds in the area that invites freshwater fishing, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing. brThe bay beaches are less than 4 miles away. You can play at the beach, roam around the Brewster Tidal Flats and watch the spectacular sunsets. brThe neighborhood is a short bikeable distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. You can explore miles of trail, eat out, bike to a ball game and even to the beach.brbrThe home has three bedrooms and two full baths with central a/c on the first floor and individually controlled wall units located upstairs. Every room in the house is decorated in Cape Cod style decor and nothing was forgotten. There is a formal fireplaced living room, the gas fireplaced family room has a large 52” flat screen TV, fabulous chef's kitchen with a wolf gas stove and top of the line appliances. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor along with 2 full baths. The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a sitting area with a 46” flat screen TV plus a newly renovated bath with a rain shower. There is also a fully finished lower level with wonderful travertine tiles on the floor, custom bar with fridge and 70” flatscreen TV with new built-ins and a fireplace (photo coming soon), an additional bedroom that looks out to the pool along with a pool table, ping pong table , foosball table, large sectional sofa with large flat screen TV and DVD so the kids can watch while the adults play pool. This 5 bedroom home is steps from the much loved Brewster Store and Brewster Scoop ice cream shop, is 1/2 a mile from the beach and comes with option to purchases passes to nearby Ocean Edge resort for you to enjoy pools, tennis and gym. brbrThe house has a large kitchen with separate eat-in breakfast/lunch seating looking out the deck into the yard. The deck has built-in seating, large teak dining table, shade umbrella, and new Weber gas grill for cookouts and entertaining. The dining room comfortably seats ten. The living room has a game nook and lots of comfy seating to enjoy quiet movie nights. There is a downstairs master with a queen bed and en suite bath with tub and separate shower. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms; a king, a queen and two rooms with 2 twin beds in each. There is one full bath with tub and another with a standup shower. In the back is an open playroom area with large screen TV and plenty of children's toys and games. brbrThe home was recently renovated and boasts new appliances including steam washer and dryer. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. The house was designed to be family friendly and has available a high chair, portable crib, changing mat, and other baby/toddler items.
