Stayed Jun 21, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for a family vacation rental. 7 of us stayed and young (8- and 9-year-olds) through old (70s) enjoyed the house, yard, location, and amenities very much. We may come back next year.There were a few minor things that would make it better. Some windows did not have screens, some equipment could be updated (a/c in 1st floor BR, clothes dryer, Teflon pans, need sharper knives).Also, some conflicts between information given by rental company and card left by homeowners (days of trash collection & WiFi access)Overall we had a great time. Brewster is great with lots to do (including many beaches) and easy access to the rest of the Cape.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Family reunion week. House worked perfectly for family of seven. Nice big deck. Enjoyed the fire table. Very comfortable. Good location for Brewster get together.

Good amount of room inside the house and outside playing lawn games and using tbe deck. Good location to get to many beaches and other activities for the children.
