The condo looks like it was just remodel. Felt very comfortable.

Great overall property and amenities. Clean and well maintained. Communication with host throughout the process was also great. Responsive to any questions regarding check-in process, etc. Location is great for families with plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc. in walking distance.

Fantastic stay. Everything was clean and as described. Instructions, rules, and expectations on departure were clear and he made check in a breeze. We had an amazing stay. Alan was super engaging with us and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great location for our family. Away from all the people at the boardwalk but still near restaurants and other activities. We had a problem with one of the bathroom doors and the owner provided us a refund. We was very responsive with some other requests we had. We had a very nice stay. Indoor and outdoor pools and an easy walk to the beach.

Property was as pictured. Owner was attentive and communicative. . We were told about a broken sliding door blind prior to arrival. Condo was clean and well stocked. Great location!

We took a trip for three nights for Memorial Day weekend to this property; my boyfriend and my 4 year old son. It had everything we needed and was close to the beach! My only complaint is that I didn't know ahead of booking about needing to pay 75 for a parking pass for three nights; I only found this out weeks after booking when I was sent the keys and contract/agreement. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you!

We came down for the concert and to hit the beach . Love the location and all the great restaurants and shopping ! The condo was perfect and comfortable. We would definitely book again

Great stay! The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Very clean and well kept. The host was very responsive. We love this location in OC. Easy beach access.

Home away from home. The views where amazing, I loved having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunrise out of the ocean every morning. The check-in and check-out could not have been easier. I can't wait to come back next year.

The Quay was a great family vacation spot. It was quiet,clean, and centrally located.

We recently stayed at a charming 2-bedroom condo booked through VRBO and overall had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, offering easy access to pools and the beach, and plenty to do nearby. The condo itself was well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family. However, there was one aspect of the rental that was not clearly communicated in the property description and caught us by surprise upon booking. Unlike most short-term rentals we've stayed at previously, this property does not include sheets and towels as standard. After booking, we were prompted to pay an additional $115 for this service, which involved the sheets and towels being dropped off in a bag for us to make our own beds. While this didn't significantly impact our enjoyment of the property, it was unexpected and differed from our past experiences with vacation rentals. We believe it's important for future guests to be aware of this additional cost and task so they can plan accordingly. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo and appreciated the efforts of the property management to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and location were excellent, and we would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing getaway in the area.
