Amenities include a beautiful courtyard area with ample seating to enjoy meals, a large outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs as well as a baby pool (open mid-May through mid-September). There is plenty of free parking at the complex. Coin operated washer/dryer on each level of the building.

The condo features a generous size living room areawith queen pull out sofa bed, kitchen with a huge island, one large bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a queen bed and double bed, small balcony with two chairs and storage bin with beach chairs for your use. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishware, cups, utensils. Contactless check in.

Complimentary wireless internet access is provided. Smart TV - we provide Netflix. You can connect to other apps using your own account (Hulu, Amazon, etc.).

Forget something for the beach Sunsations is right next door! Need an activity Lost Treasure Mini Golf is just across the street.

Check out the Vista Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at Fenwick Inn, grab some donuts at the legendary Fractured Prune or a pizza from Ponzetti's while catching the game in their sports pub, all within walking distance of the condo.

You will need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases (bedroom: one queen bed & one double bed, living room: one queen pull out sofa bed) and bath towels/washcloths.

Condo Association Rules:
-Quiet Hours are 11pm-9am
-Do not hang towels from unit balcony railing (please use drying rack provided)
-Do not block walkway areas with beach chairs, etc.
-No glass allowed in courtyard area
-There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, swim at your own risk
-No glass or food allowed in pool area
-Anyone wearing diapers or who is not potty-trained is not allowed in the adult pool
-The baby/wading pool is for the use of non-swimming children aged six and under. They must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian aged fourteen or older, who must be present at all times within the baby/wading pool area.
