The apartment is 900 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with large picture frame windows, oak hard wood floors and 10 foot ceilings with crown molding and picture molding through out the apartment. The original scalloped window and door casing and base boards are preserved in the entire apartment. Details such as the original telephone stand and center square closet are all left intact. The apartment is luxuriously furnished with custom leather sleeper sofa, designer lighting and bedding with 1200 thread count sheets and goose down pillows.
