This place made our trip to New Orleans absolutely wonderful. The unit was clean, quiet, larger than anticipated and prettier in person. The staff over communicated and was easy to reach with all of our questions. I would stay here again and again. Book it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the library in New Orleans. Very roomy and beautiful safe place. Easy to walk to everything. Found some great coffee and food nearby! The apartment was stocked well plenty of coffee towels essentials! Very responsive just would stay against!

Easy check in, beautiful apartment, rooms were spread out, and a full sized big crib for the baby (rare find if you're traveling with a baby). Walking distance to a lot of the main sites and quiet in the apartment,

The Library was pristine and very comfortable. It's walking distance to the French Quarter, and close to dining options in the Warehouse District. We would happily book with The Refinery again.

Great location and as seen online. We had a great time and would definitely go back to stay. Host was very attentive to our needs. No parking at this location; however, parking is a block from the hotel and within walking distance. We were not guaranteed parking even after paying for the week through Spot Hero. Wi-fi would go in and out at times and it took several tries to reconnect it throughout the day. Overall, it was a great stay.

This property was as great as the photos make it look! My coworker and I enjoyed just shy of a weeklong stay here for a work trip and felt just as if we were at home. The Keurig coffee bar setup was much appreciated and the rental company that manages the property is very responsive to any concerns. I do wish I would have known I could book directly through them to avoid an additional booking fee. I also had to ask for my check in information the night before check in as I had not received it yet (the previous communication was I would receive it 30 days prior) but when I asked for it, I did receive it quickly. Thanks for a fun week!

Great Location! The building is beautiful and our Apartment was gorgeous! Everything g you need in the unit and the sweet welcome snacks and water were lifesavers!

We had suchhhh a great time staying here! It is a bit of a walk to Bourbon street so I didn't get to wear my heels very much but that's okay! The stay is even nicer than the photos. And I already miss the bed!

Our stay was mazing, I brought my husband for his birthday and he was surprised and was impressed by the home. It was super clean, easy to find, away from all the chaos but close to everything. I will say parking sucks and it is so expansive but other than that. I wish this was my actual house lol. Thank you for hosting us!

Family of 4 vacation and not one person complained about the accommodations! Everyone had their own space and the outdoor balcony was so nice to lounge on in the afternoons. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to all the most popular areas, but at the same time that means it’s very quiet when you want to wind down for the night. Highly recommend!

Luxury is exactly the level of accommodations you will find with the penthouse! It’s clean, lofty, quiet, and just plain exceptional. The lobby is incredible! Down to the decor, they’ve thought of everything! It’s a 3 block walk to the convention center and Starbucks (for those that need it). It’s a 2 min walk to Ernst Cafe (1.50 beer for those that need it.). Mulate’s is close, also. You can walk to Riverwalk or the casino. It literally is the perfect spot to stay!

Perfect for two couples. Location is close to great restaurants and attractions but very quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable and the accommodation is beautifully decorated. Full size washer and dryer came in handy. Host provided coffee pods, soft drinks, and snacks which saved us from having to go to the store when we checked in.

This is a lovely, comfortable unit, perfect for two couples. The location was fantastic, an easy walk to the French Quarter, and Garden District.

Stayed during the Super Bowl and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the French Quarter, casino and Super Dome. Check in was seamless. Lots of food options within walking distance.Also, took the Green Trolley to the Garden District for dinner.The condo is clean and as advertised.

Stayed for the days of my work event. 10x better than a conference hotel. Easy to walk around the neighborhood, close to two main casinos, Harrah’s and the brand new Caesar’s. Had a slight hiccup at checkin but the problem was resolved expeditiously. Still a 5-star experience. Would stay again and again.

We loved it. It is exactly like the photos and very quiet! It was rainy and cold while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony, but it is lovely. Great area to walk and explore, which we did! We enjoyed being close enough to walk to the French quarter but still in a quiet area.

An old friend and I rented it and explored New Orleans over three days. There was plenty of space for both of us (even when we had to work). The location was perfect to explore the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, and the Garden District and Uptown. Responses to questions were prompt and incredibly helpful. Easy to check in and checkout. Would definitely look to stay there again if possible.

If you are staying with friends/family this is the perfect place. Very large. Clean with great furnishings. Outdoor balcony was great. Location was quiet yet close to food/drinks. Highly recommend this over the chain hotels.

Good location.

My colleagues and I were in town for a conference at the nearby convention center and decided to stay here. We were very impressed with the penthouse. The beds were very comfortable and most importantly everything was very clean. It was a 10 minute walk to the convention center and the neighborhood had lots of bars and restaurants to try. We would definitely come back here and recommend this spot to any visitors!

Had a really fantastic experience staying at The Library. The check in/out process is smooth and we loved that it was contact-free. Erika was very accommodating with our special requests too. The Library was quiet and clean and for the most part everything worked well! Will definitely stay here again on a future trip.
