The Bolden Guest House

The Bolden features exposed brick construction, a plush king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for couples or small groups.

The full bathroom is outfitted with premium Nexxus shampoo and conditioner andfeatures a walk-in shower and bathtub. While the guest house does not have a kitchen, its prime location offers easy access to some of New Orleans’ best restaurants and cafes.

Guests can relax on the shared porch just outside the door or enjoy the tranquil courtyard within the private, gated compound. Whether exploring the nearby French Quarter, steps from Armstrong Park, or simply soaking in the ambiance, the Bolden Guest House offers an unforgettable stay steeped in history and jazz heritage.

The Commons, the lobby building at the center of the property, becomes the hotel’s bar and restaurant in fall 2026, with a chef-driven menu, cocktails, and courtyard seating, open to hotel guests and the public. It is under construction until then and is not available to guests.

Each guest house includes a microwave and coffee maker; a mini fridge, ice maker, and wine glasses are available on request.
