Late check-out fee of $30-$50 (if not authorized) depending on the property applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.brbr12. This is a dog-friendly property! Keep your food in the refrigerator in a bag with your Room# and date on it.brbr16. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist before departure. If guests lose or do not return keys, a $25 (₡15.000) fine will be applied. If you leave out of office hours, please inform us.brbr17. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the guest who disturbs other guests or in any other way disrespects hotel rules without a refund.brbr18. Hotel has no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are requested to immediately inform Reception.brbr19. For any damage caused by the guest on the hotel property, the guest is responsible to cover the cost of damage to the hotel.brbr20. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.brbr21. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout.
