Our private home (not a part of Moors Resort) is located on Kentucky Lake and is overlooking the water. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, that has recently been renovated and new to the VRBO market, however, this will be our second home on Kentucky Lake that is on VRBO, if you would like to check out our other property it is VRBO 343347. There is a huge deck for entertaining and it is just a short (approximately 150 ft) walk to the water. All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players. The master bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom with stand up shower, king size bed, and has a 42 inch LED TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 42 inch LED TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin loft bed above it with a 42 inch LED TV and a DVD player. The den has a set of twin bunk beds. Summary for sleeping: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 loft bed, twin bunk beds, 2 full size pull out couches.brbrKentucky Lake is about being outside, we make every effort to be a MOSQUITO FREE lake house, our home is treated throughout the year by MOSQUITO AUTHORITY and they guarantee a mosquito free environment. If you see a mosquito while you are on our property call us and Mosquito Authority will come and treat the area again. brbrFor the 2021 Rental season, we will only rent weekly from Friday to Friday May 7, 2021 until October 1, 2021. The cost is $2,450.00 per week plus taxes and fees. During the off season we have a 3 night minimum at $250.00 per night plus taxes and $150.00 cleaning fee.brbrThe living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to one another and are a comfortable place for the whole family to enjoy. We offer complimentary firewood for the fire pit, conveniently stored in a wood holder near the house, perfect for enjoying a cozy fire or making delicious s'mores and hotdogs. Cornhole boards are also provided for your entertainment.brbrThe Chateau Relaxo is conveniently situated just 1/10th of a mile from Moors Resort. You can easily walk or take a golf cart ride to various attractions such as a restaurant, bar, marina, boat docks, and beach area. PRIME LOCATION ON KY LAKE - My house is like a duplex. I have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. You have your own entrance in the front of the house and I have my own Entrance in the back of the house as well as parking. I am in Prime location on KY Lake- I am 1 mile from Moors Resort and Marina and straight across the lake from the party coves... Rock Quarry, Sandy Beach or aka The Sands and Smith Bay. I have a boat slip that comes with the rental. I also have a pontoon that I rent out. Please let me know in advance. My boat slip is right around the corner from the Moors Marina less than 1/2 mile. My cove is off Big Bear which is great for water skiing and tubing. I do have a set of water skis and a wake board that my guest are welcome to use. It is in the closet in the smallest bedroom. My kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. I have a Air Fryer, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven and toaster as well, microwave. gas stove, crock pot, rice cooker, catering 3 dish server and a blender and refrigerator has ice maker. I do have a golf cart that you are allowed to drive. Please no kids under the age of 16 without special permission to drive the golf cart. This is a big golf cart community where everyone rides golf carts and side by side's around the community so it is best for kids to be accompanied by an adult on the golf cart. I am 1 mile from Ralph Harbors Grill and Bar located at Moors Resort and about 2 miles from Cedar Hill Grocery where you can order Pizza, Burgers and other hot food or deli food and lots of other grocery items. Moors Marina has fuel, Pizza and lots of varieties of ice cream, clothing and other lake necessities including boat rentals, jet ski rentals and fishing boat rentals.
