The view is absolutely amazing! A must-see for everyone. There are restrooms, picnic areas, and a playground there as well.brPrairie Du Chien and LaCrosse, WI are both a 45-minute drive away for other exploration opportunities. brbrAnd if trout fishing is your aim you should also check out some of the finest coldwater trout streams anywhere: Lansing Clear Creek at Clear Creek Park (only about a 2 minute drive from the cabin; 1972 South Road on the west edge of town); Wexford Creek (1416 Great River Road) and the French Creek Wildlife Area to name a few. Check with the DNR to find which area streams are stocked on a regular basis. brbrThere are two boat landings if the Mississippi is your destination. Both are about a 5-10 minute drive from the cabin and we have plenty of parking on-site for multiple boats. brbrIf you’re looking for something different, we also have another property that overlooks the Mississippi River high atop the bluff located just across the river near Desoto, WI.
