You can relax in the living room while watching a show or a movie or just chatting with family and friends.brbrGet a restful night’s sleep in one of four comfortable bedrooms. You will find a bedroom with a twin bed and adjacent full bath on the first floor, and three bedrooms with full beds as well as a full bath on the second floor.brbrThe dining room’s French doors open to the back patio where you can lounge in nice weather with your morning coffee or a glass of wine or beer in the evening. Or, you can use the grill on the patio to make a meal for your group.brbrThe washer and dryer in the basement are open for guest use during your stay.brbrParking: brThe driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.brbrGuest access: brThe entire house and yard are yours for your stay.

Utilities & Wi-Fi:br All utilities are included in your rent. The Wi-Fi network is Anderson1207, and the password is 1207@Anderson. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any connectivity issues.br2. House Rules:br - Please keep noise levels respectful, especially during late hours.br - No parties are allowed in the home to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors.br - Trash and recycling bins are located near the garage. Trash collection occurs on Tuesday by 6 AM. Please set out the trash the night prior and return the containers Tuesday evening after picking up.br3. Thermostat:br The thermostat controls both the air conditioning and heating. You can adjust it using the remote control provided.br4. Your unique passcode for entering the property will be issued. To open the front door, use your code. To lock the door press to lock image on the deadbolt upon closing the door. Please keep this code confidential and notify me immediately if you encounter any issues with it.br5. Garage Access:br The passcode for the garage is 1567. Press the lock to secure the garage deadbolt. If you need any further assistance with the garage, please let me know. br6. Pet Care: (Pets are not allowed)br7. Maintenance:br If you encounter any maintenance issues, please notify me immediately so they can be addressed promptly.br8. Damages:br Please notify me immediately of any property damage inside or outside the home so that it can be addressed as soon as possible.brbr9. Yard Maintenance:br The front and back yards are maintained by a gardener every other week. The day of the week varies, so please be aware that the gardener may be on the property at different times. Snow removal occurs after 3 inches of snow.br10. Parking:br Parking is available on the driveway as well as in front of the house. Please ensure your vehicle is parked within these designated areas to avoid any issues with neighbors or local authorities.br11. Neighborhood Tips:brThe local grocery stores, pharmacies, and a few great restaurants are located near Highcross Road. (Walmart Supercenter and Meijers, Silver Creek Restaurant, Cracker Barrel Restaurant, Culvers, and Dunkins Donuts) br12. Relax in the back yard sitting area. br13.
