Stayed Sep 12, 2025The property is in a less than ideal neighborhood and felt like it hadn’t been rented or properly maintained for some time. There were cobwebs in noticeable walking areas that my wife walked into as soon as we arrived. The comforters had hair on them, which was off-putting, and the “welcome” goodie bag contained expired items. Overall a pretty disappointing stay.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend trip to Urbana/Champagne for a golf tournament. The house was equidistance to the golf course and the university/downtown Champaign. Located in a mixed housing neighborhood with homes, duplexes and apartment buildings. Market and pizza place five minutes by car. The house had everything we needed for the short weekend, beds were comfortable. The house is charming, but older, so it did have a bit of musty smell. Great value and worked out nicely for our trip.
