Experience the blissful serenity of our meticulously designed property, complete with a captivating backyard oasis tailored to be your perfect sanctuary of relaxation and peace. Despite its striking appeal, we kindly note that in our commitment to preserving the property`s spotless condition, we regretfully do not accommodate pets. Good area for walking or even bike riding.
4% non-fundable credit card fee applies to all payments. There is $350.00 security deposit held on card and will be released 2 days after checking out.
To help ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, here are a few reminders and tips:
1. Utilities & Wi-Fi:
All utilities are included in your rent. The Wi-Fi network is Anderson1207, and the password is 1207@Anderson. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any connectivity issues.
2. House Rules:
- Please keep noise levels respectful, especially during late hours.
- No parties are allowed in the home to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors.
- Trash and recycling bins are located near the garage. Trash collection occurs on Tuesday by 6 AM. Please set out the trash the night prior and return the containers Tuesday evening after picking up.
3. Thermostat:
The thermostat controls both the air conditioning and heating. You can adjust it using the remote control provided.
4. Your unique passcode for entering the property will be issued. To open the front door, use your code. To lock the door press to lock image on the deadbolt upon closing the door. Please keep this code confidential and notify me immediately if you encounter any issues with it.
5. Garage Access:
The passcode for the garage is 1567. Press the lock to secure the garage deadbolt. If you need any further assistance with the garage, please let me know.
6. Pet Care: (Pets are not allowed)
7. Maintenance:
If you encounter any maintenance issues, please notify me immediately so they can be addressed promptly.
8. Damages:
Please notify me immediately of any property damage inside or outside the home so that it can be addressed as soon as possible.

9. Yard Maintenance:
The front and back yards are maintained by a gardener every other week. The day of the week varies, so please be aware that the gardener may be on the property at different times. Snow removal occurs after 3 inches of snow.
10. Parking:
Parking is available on the driveway as well as in front of the house. Please ensure your vehicle is parked within these designated areas to avoid any issues with neighbors or local authorities.
11. Neighborhood Tips:
The local grocery stores, pharmacies, and a few great restaurants are located near Highcross Road. (Walmart Supercenter and Meijers, Silver Creek Restaurant, Cracker Barrel Restaurant, Culvers, and Dunkins Donuts)
12. Relax in the back yard sitting area.
13. Departure Instructions:
As you are preparing to depart, please follow these instructions:
- Leave all soil linens in the washing machine.
- Empty all trash and dispose of any food in the refrigerator.
- Turn off all lights and adjust the thermostat to 70 degrees before leaving.
