The house is newly furnishedin June 2022 with a 75 TV, fiber optic high speed 1G wifi with central AC and heating. You can also choose to sip your cup of coffee at the front porch or enjoy evening drinks on the patio facing a large yard.

I stayed at the house for a short week to visit family and had a great time! The house is very spacious and was very clean! Great kitchen and very kind host. Definitely would recommend!

Great property located in historic section of Urbana. Rented property for a week to be close to the Carle Hospital, family member was having surgery. The house was perfect for four adults. Well stocked with all the necessary items. Beds were comfortable. Owner Kristy was very accommodating along with her handyman Joseph, who checked to ensure everything was working well. Will definitely stay again if we need to return.
