Stayed Aug 29, 2025Ronnie was very easy to work with and communicated promptly. The home is older but well cared for and has some nice renovations. There were ample plush towels and toiletries provided along with coffee, bottled water and some snacks. Some of the homes nearby aren’t as well maintained, but we didn’t feel unsafe in the neighborhood. Great value for a football weekend.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Very nice, clean, well-stocked, comfortable house! Less than 5 minutes from U of I campus and 5-10 minutes from Downtown Champaign. Ronnie, the host, was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!
