Located on a 40 ft high bluff (just south of Gumelemi Bluff) on the prestigious Narrows portion of the Island, directly on the water with 300 ft of frontage. This place offers Incredible bay and sunset views from the house and grounds. Two acres of TOTAL PRIVACY. No visible neighbors. Stroll down the easy-graded walkway to the private beach area- the only one on the Island with no close neighbors! Located on Girls Bank sand flats, known as a great bonefishing site. Just grab your pole and wade out! The famous Pink Sand Beach is only a five minute walk, with unlimited access! On a quiet day you can hear the ocean surf. Town is also a 5-10 minute stroll from the property. Bring binoculars to watch the mega yachts come in and out of the Harbor and to do some AMAZING tropical bird watching, right on the grounds! Snorkel, swim, or float in pristine clear calm bay waters, which are warmer than the ocean side. Bring chairs out to the edge of the bluff and watch bonefish and stingrays swim in at high tide. At night, because of the privacy and very little light pollution, star gazing is great. brThe Tiny House is amazingly efficient. Even with a footprint measuring 12 ft x 12 ft, it contains everything you may need for a short or long-term stay. After your day in the sun, kick back on the cushioned wicker chairs/ottomans, and relax in the air-conditioning while watching your favorite shows/movies on the 43" Smart TV. (bring your login info for your favorite tv apps) WIFI is included, but is not guaranteed! You will be on a small island with poor infrastructure and power/internet outages are fairly frequent! Prepare a plan with your cell carrier if you absolutely need constant internet. BlueRay/DVD player also included, bring a few movies if you like. Store your groceries/beverages in the dorm-size refrigerator and freezer (with ice trays). Microwave a snack or cook some fresh fish from the market (or your catch of the day) in the temperature adjustable electric, skillet, or electric griddle. Enjoy your meal with the provided basic utensils and dishes. Make your morning coffee with the available French Press (Bring your favorite coffee). The bathroom has a hot-water shower and standard toilet. In the main area, is a vanity, a hot/cold water sink, and some counter space with built in cutting board. Below that are three roomy drawers with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc. As inviting as the interior may be, nature provides countless charms out on the front patio. Relaxing in the shade of the patio umbrella, with a bay view, you can enjoy your morning breakfast or beverage while listening to the melodious birds or spotting hermit crabs and geckos. The outdoor patio table (with chairs and umbrella) is also perfect to enjoy lunch or dinner. When you are ready to close out your day in paradise, head up the ship-style ladder (with handrails) to the loft bedroom. A Queen Bed with freshly laundered bedding is located in the center, with temperature controlled air conditioning. At the head, foot, and side of the bed is plenty of space to hold your luggage. Most can stand up in the center of the loft bedroom without a problem. brThis house was not built like a normal tiny house. It was built according to recent local codes to withstand extreme hurricane force winds, including the doors and windows! Creating a sense of place was of the upmost importance to the architect, interior designer and builder of Wind Whistle. brAs one enters the property via the private, gated, tree lined driveway into the lush tropical gardens of Wind Whistle sloping towards the harbour and house, there is a true sense of privacy and sanctuary. There is a spacious parking area and covered cart port one passes as approaching the front door where the guests first view upon entering is directly through the house to the lawns, pool, harbour and north Eleuthera beyond.  brGuests may also arrive via boat (or water taxi) to the Wind Whistle private dock. The dock accommodates vessels up to 45ft. with 30amp, 110v shore power, purified water. The dock is a short 150ft walk up to the house. There are 2 paddle board and a 2-person kayak included with the villa.brThe great room, living and dining rooms all offer an 11-foot coffered ceiling, along with three pairs of French doors leading out to the lower veranda and stunning views of the harbour and Eleuthera in the distance. Guests enjoy the living room with oversized sofa, rattan chairs upholstered in Quadrille fabric and 65-inch smart television.  The main dining area offers a bespoke rattan Chippendale dining table with seating for ten guests. There is also an outdoor dining area that seats 6. brOff the great room is an oversized veranda with outdoor bar, wine cooler and sink. Take the steps down to the expansive lawn, teak chaise loungers and pool area.The downstairs master known as “The Imperial Room” offers a king sized 4-posted bed, tray ceiling, and antique dresser and ensuite bathroom and is decorated in the theme of the British colonial era. The other downstairs bedroom known as “The Bahama Room” offers a set of twin beds, tray ceiling, oversized closet and en suite bathroom and is decorated in colorful Bahamas prints and patterns.brUp the grand staircase, one arrives at the upper foyer with a full set of hand made bookshelves on one side. Off the foyer is a 2nd living room with large welcoming couch set, enormous smart TV ideal for movies and sports. The upper living room also offers access to the 2nd floor veranda and views of the harbour. Just off the upper living room is a laundry room with washer/dryer and laundry sink made for convenience in mind.The upper level offers 3 bedrooms; The twin bedded room called ‘Fauna Room” faces west and offers both water views and direct access to the upper veranda. This room offers tray ceiling, walk in closet, a set of twin beds that combine to make a king, and en suite bath. The adjacent bedroom “Flora Room” offers a queen sized bed, tray ceiling and large walk in bathroom with views of the lush gardens and tropical foliage. Last but not least is the master known as “The Governors Suite”. This oversized bedroom offers a king bed with water views, direct access to the large veranda, well appointed bathroom with shower, separate tub, double vanity sinks, and private WC.
