The hosts have also provided a washing machine, clothes airer an iron and ironing board. There is a large kitchen island with seating for four where you can sit and enjoy whatever delights you have whipped up in the kitchen or enjoy a takeout from on of the local restaurants or takeaways.brbrThe sitting room is open to the kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating and a large smart TV, the bi-fold doors are the width of the house and open onto the lovely sunny and private south facing garden.brbrUp to the first floor there is a super king to the rear which can be split into twin beds upon request at the time of booking. To the front there is a king room with an en suite shower room. The décor and facilities in Mill Pond House have been managed to a very high standard, offering the perfect setting for a flexible stay in historic Emsworth within easy reach of the eateries, independent shops and pubs (of which there are 11!). The location is ideal for peaceful retreats, water sports, wildlife lovers, hikers, cosy winter breaks (with optional pub crawls), and easy access to a host of nearby attractions for all ages and interests.brbrThe flexible accommodation includes four bedrooms: one twin, one bunk & two double/kings over two floors.
