From the cosy lounge are two tall patio doors that open up onto the large garden. In the summer months the garden makes for a perfect spot to enjoy outdoor dining with two garden tables and enough chairs to seat the whole family. The television is a smart tv with facilities to log into your own netflix, amazon film etc. The television has freeview and there is a dvd player should you want to snuggle down with a movie in the evening after a long day of exploring.brBeacon Square's well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay while not out at one of the many local independent restaurants. The kitchen includes, L'Or Coffee Machine, cooker with hob and double oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, two fridge's, two freezer's, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.brOn the first floor are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with a slight view out to the sea. The water is much clearer in the winter when the foliage is down! The property boasts 2 double bedrooms and one single room with a bunk bed, sleeping up to 6 guests. It has one upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath and a downstairs loo. This is an open plan lounge diner and a large kitchen with a breakfast table. The kitchen has a Belling oven, 4 slice toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. The house has free wifi with the fastest available speeds in the area.brbrThe lounge has a 65' smart TV with Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVx, You Tube, Disney+ available, please use your own logins. There is a selection of board games, children's books, books on local walks, puzzle books and cooking books to use for your pleasure.brbrThe garden boasts sun all day ‘when it shines' with a lockable garden shed which is available for guests to store bikes, paddle boards and other large items at your own risk. There is outdoor seating, but sadly no BBQ on site. However, feel free to bring a BBQ with you, taking all the necessary precautions when using it.brbrIt takes approximately 8 minutes to amble/walk to the water front or a 2 minute drive where parking is available. From there the walk into town takes a further 12 minutes along the waterfront, taking in the scenic views of the estuary, Hayling and Thorney islands.
