An induction stovetop cooks like gas and professional-grade stainless steel appliances outfit the fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor showers and surfboard storage can be found right inside the front blue door. Rinse the sand from your surf session or the sweat from hot yoga, and then relax in the pool. All the living areas and bedrooms are air-conditioned, though the house was purposefully designed to take advantage of the ample shade from the large trees. Ceiling fans and transom windows create cool breezes and save on electricity. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house comes with a security system, safes in each bedroom, and a coded (keyless) front entry door. Mid-stay cleaning service is included. Transportation, chef or nanny services, and more frequent cleanings, etc. are available on request.
