This brand‑new 5‑bedroom villa in the heart of Nosara is a true 10/10 and exceeded every expectation.The modern architecture and beautiful furnishings are stunning, and the layout is brilliant. Each bedroom has its own private en suite and is completely separated, making it ideal for large groups while still feeling like a quiet, private retreat. The gated entrance adds an extra layer of privacy. The amenities are exceptional: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunge, excellent AC, strong WiFi, and even a rentable ATV. Beds, pillows, linens, and towels are all top quality, and the home is fully stocked with pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach canopy. Daily housekeeping and pool service made the stay feel effortless and luxurious.Power outages can occur briefly in Nosara, but this home has a solar backup system that activates immediately, providing uninterrupted comfort.Sergio, the house manager, was phenomenal. He was proactive, incredibly responsive before we arrived, helped coordinate private chefs, checked in personally, and was always available. His attention to detail and genuine care made the experience truly exceptional.The location is unbeatable—just a 2‑minute walk to restaurants and shops and about a 10‑minute walk to the beach.I’ve talked about this house as much as the trip itself. Do not hesitate—just book it!

Stayed Dec 11, 2025The home was amazing! Exceeded expectations. Sergio was an incredible host and was always within minutes of responding or handling every request. The beach club membership was an unexpected surprise and saved a lot of extra work and effort to be able to use those facilities during our stay. I’ve stayed in Nosara for 12 years now and this location is by far the best! We will be going back for sure!! Thanks WR
