Close to pool and work-out room. They are literally steps from our building. brThe property has a great pool, 24 hour work-out facility, club house with a pool table, community room, and gorgeous grounds. brClose to shopping, restaurants, top golf courses, and the airport. Also, close to the beach, art galleries, theaters, and museums.brFully furnished and ready to go. Just relax and enjoy. We have just updated with new laminate flooring through out the entire condo, except where there was existing tile, a new microwave, and moved the queen bed to the second room along with a single, so the 2nd room now can sleep 3 people.
