The outfall (the place where the lake meets the gulf) is also a great place for kids to swim and play on days when the waves are too big. br3) Proximity to Grayton Beach, Seaside and Blue Mountain- Grayton Beach, home of the Red Bar, is a 15-minute walk by beach and a 5-minute bike ride. Seaside and Blue Mountain are a 10-15 minute bike ride. Seaside is the most famous community on 30A and is great for shopping, dining, tennis and more. Blue Mountain Beach is considered the locals beach and has great restaurants, shops and Blue Mountain Creamery.
