DETAILS: Experience unparalleled vistas from Wales Tale! This premier beachfront retreat is in Blue Mountain Beach, complete with 180-degree views of the Gulf and Draper Lake! This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home has been professionally designed with a spacious open floor plan for optimal comfort. The first-floor entry level is complete with a secondary living room, queen suite, hallway bunk beds, and mudroom.

The second-floor living and kitchen areas were thoughtfully constructed to take advantage of the stunning Gulf views and oversized balcony to enjoy outdoor living at its best. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas range, and custom cabinetry. A king guest bedroom is located down the hall with a king bed, complete with a sitting area, balcony access, and en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 guest rooms, both with a queen bed and vaulted ceilings.

The primary suite is on the third floor, accessible by the formal staircase. The idyllic floor-to-ceiling glass windows opening up to a private balcony frame the Gulf of Mexico perfectly, making mornings a dream to wake up and sip coffee with a view. The en-suite bathroom also features a spacious vanity area and a soaking tub. A bunk room is also on this floor, featuring 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Highlights of this Old Blue Mountain home include an oversized wrap-around porch and ample parking. It is in a private, gated community on the West side of 30A, with a community pool and adjoining clubhouse.     House is in a great location and in a quiet, friendly gated neighborhood. Great for kids to ride bikes. The kitchen is well stocked. Apple TV in both living areas with streaming subscriptions is a nice amenity. The house has a relaxing coastal feel. The bunk room is accessed through the the upstairs master suite and shares the master bath. We didn’t ealize this on booking, so it might be helpful to guests to state this in the description of the house. Also, we did not realize when booking that only 4 cars were allowed to park there.

    My party of friends and I found this house to be absolutely gorgeous and the location could not be better. The issues were mostly related to the fact that we rented the house a year ago and we are a group of 21 women. The property was listed as being able to accommodate 21 people, but as we got closer to the time of arrival, we found that the owner of the property had changed furnishings, so that it would only accommodate 19 people. We made an arrangement that the property management would provide air mattresses for the missing furniture. That was not actually provided for and we arrived and just had to make do. One of the bunk beds had no bedding other than a fitted sheet, and one of the guests who could’ve been in a different bunkbed ended up not being able to use it because it was a top bunk without a safety rail. When we arrived, we had no access to the garbage cans because they were completely full. There were fairly minor issues with two toilets, necessitating the need to use plungers to make them work properly. One of the most distressing issues was the fact that there was virtually no parking for this many guests. I was told that there was parking for an additional 10 spaces in the community, but it turned out that those 10 spaces were outside of the community and available to the general public at large. Not only that, parking was prohibited overnight. We had to be very creative to get our group of ladies adequate parking. That brings us to the community. The community itself was lovely. The neighbors were lovely, and we totally did enjoy the our stay despite the hiccups. Now that we know the foibles of the property, we would probably rent the same property again, after making sure that we had everything, as much as possible, taken care of in advance. Generally, 360 Blue was great to work with. One annoyance: if a property is not being rented just before your stay, I think that a customer should be able to come in earlier on that day, than 4:00 in the afternoon, without charge or for a very nominal one.

    Our family of 17 gathered after the Christmas holiday. The home is beautiful & the location perfect. The kitchen is well stocked & the bedding/linens are luxurious. We didn’t realize the bunk room can only be accessed thru the master bedroom. Other than that, everything was perfect!

    Beautiful location with great access to the beach. Perfect layout for 4 adults and 4 kids. Space for everyone. Unfortunately had issues from the first night there. One toilet overflowed in the top floor master an hour after arriving causing a flood over the stove as we cooked dinner. They did send people to fix it quickly. The bedroom bathrooms off the kitchen had no hot water the entire stay and the top floor master shower heads were all broken. Also couldn’t take too long of a shower or bath in the beautiful bathrooms as hot water was very limited. Outlets in the top floor master did not work. Would have been nice if kitchen had basic spices like salt, pepper, sugar so just remember to pack those. All this aside it was a great place for a getaway just needs some tune ups. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the views are fantastic. Would for sure stay here again in the future!

    Visited with a group of 8 friends. More than enough space in this beautiful, well appointed home for a great vacation. Guests should note that beach towels are not provided and it’s a good idea to bring your own spices if you intend to do any cooking. There are two coffee pots but neither are Keurigs. The number of beach chairs provided suggests you will want to factor in the rental of beach equipment that includes umbrellas. Note that one full day was lost because no one showed up for the rental??? ( No fault of the owners) For those who love that emerald green water, be advised. Draper Lake can change the scenery from emerald to tea colored or darker. We still had a great time however and would recommend that you visit both the area and this home. Nothing is perfect. If you know a few things in advance you can arrive prepared and avoid any disappointment.

    I tried to reschedule this reservation within two weeks of the date the cancellation period ended. At that time, I asked them make the property available online in order to mitigate damages. Our family reunion was a bust because we are older and some immune compromised, most traveling by air, with children, and the Delta variant in FL was the worst state. 360 Blue never called me to discuss after numerous requests to their CEO and a certified letter to their legal team. The rental week was not used any night, and still no response from 360 Blue. Their rental agreement is a contract of adhesion meaning “buyer beware.” I will never do business with this company. Their customer relations are unforgivable and unprofessional and the worst ever I dealt with near 30A for over 20 years. I am filing a claim because of the rudeness and unfairness of how they do business, the complete opposite of the philosophy and mission statements on their website, one of which includes “Do the right thing-respond to the cust…
