Twenty-six years ago, our family started renting homes on 30A every year. As a large family who has rented for many years, we are acquainted with what a home needs to be considered well-appointed. And we have done our very best to furnish Tenn-a-Sea in this manner.brThe open first floor offers a relaxing main family area with two comfortable sofas and two club chairs, as well a smart tv for streaming, and games. The expansive, well-stocked kitchen was recently updated with all new stainless steel Kitchen Aide appliances and a Keurig, drip coffee maker and tea kettle. The pine dining table allows for plenty of seating for large groups with 6 chairs, a large bench and addition 4 bars stools at the kitchen bar. On the main floor, the beautiful french doors lead to one of the primary bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a king bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle. Upstairs leads to two light and bright airy queen bedrooms. The sun flooded loft provides views of the Gulf and a perfect location for an afternoon nap. In the evenings, it is an ideal spot for the kids to play a game or watch a movie. The views from the upstairs primary room are beyond stunning. Open the windows at night to be lulled to sleep by the crashing waves. Step through the door onto the upper deck and relax on the new outdoor sectional sofa to soak up those breathtaking Gulf sunsets. Enjoy the seating on the lower deck in one of the 6 adirondack chairs, while the chef grills on the charcoal grill next to the rosemary bushes-a chef's dream.brWe also provide a cooler, short chairs, sand toys and beach towels. When you return from the beach - please use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand!brFor those days when you and the little ones want a break from the sand, you have access to a private community pool, as well as a fitness center, putting green, bocce ball and shuffleboard at the same location-1.5 miles down 30A in The Village of Blue Mountain.

Perfectly set up for 2 families there are 2 master rooms with Kings in each room then in the outback house there are one set of full bunks in one room and 2-Twin beds in the other both with their own baths.Sleeps 10 total. New appliances including gas stove washer and dryer as well as all the others are new. Modern interior and decorator furnished this home will be a favorite for years. Red Bar and Chringo Bar are 300 yards to the South and that is where one of the beach accesses is located. Back patio and pool area are nicely furnished and a great place to hang out by the pool and cook out. There is also a screen porch on the back of the home. Note the 2 masters are in the main section and 2 other bedrooms are separated with the pool in between them so you walk out of the house to get to each one on the pool deck. Parking for 3 cars and we see alot of guest on this street like to rent a golf cart for the week which you can do at Electric Golf Cart of SANTA ROSA BEACH. Flat screen Smart TV’s in main house. Grayton has so much to offer and several restaurants within walking distance of this home. Pool heat is available for additional fee. Sunday to Sunday only during peak seasons.
