Santa Rosa Beach House w/ Spacious Deck

The house spaces were well suited to our needs. There were just 4 of us, we thought maybe an (adult) child would join but they didn't, so we had more space than needed, but comfortable. House was nice, I wonder how soon before our arrival it was checked as I had to remove a dead bug from downstairs bedroom floor, bathtub and dining area. I realize there are large bugs in Fl, but these had been dead for a while and would have been nice not to view on arrival (if house had been checked close to our arrival). Only 2 of the 4 bikes were usable. Tires had to be inflated prior to using even those 2. Should have been in usable condition from start. Also only 2 of the (5) beach chairs were in fair condition. Also for our purposes of using the beach, house was a good walk or bike ride away, not a close walk with beach gear(and we're active people). Did inform owners of bike & chair conditions & they were quick to respond, but only there for 2 full days, so we were disappointed we didn't have all that we had anticipated accessible to us, especially bikes. Also note, golf cart is in driveway but additional fee.

Such a perfect home for a nice vacation away with family. The location is nice, everything is 5 mins away or less. Miranda was so responsive and nice. Even the cleaning people were nice lol. House was beautiful! It had everything you needed. We definitely will be going back to stay

The house was very spacious and was perfect for our party of 6. Best of all was the location! We were just 1/2 mile from the beach access and it was easy to walk to or take the golf cart. Owners were great to communicate with and very nice

Beautiful house about a 25 minute walk to beach. Having a golf cart was nice. Communication with owner was fantastic will definitely stay again

Great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping!

The house itself was very nice. It had easy access to groceries, restaurants, public beaches, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The curb appeal grabs you when you arrive, “wow this is a beautiful house!” Seeing the cool newer large golf cart parked on the side you say, “this is going to be fun!” The high ceilings, large windows, and exceptional climate control gave it an airy comfortable feeling. The front porch was a surprising wonderful comfortable addition to the large rear deck. The area the house is in includes really accessible and enjoyable restaurants that have been favorites since our last stay in this area. Sometimes it is difficult to decide which beach to go to because there are so many to choose from just a short distance from the house. The property manager was able to lay out and give her advice on the differences in some of the beaches which was sweet of her. The property was spotless and amenities, bikes, patio, grill, and beach chairs etc were even more than we could utilize in a week but it was exceptionally nice to have it available. Tastefully decorated and all furnishings were in exceptional shape. Kitchen was supplied well and we wanted for nothing. Bedroom downstairs was nice for those who don’t need stairs. The bedrooms upstairs especially the master bedroom(bordering on luxurious) were extremely comfortable and restful! The road the house is own has low traffic and allowed for kids to ride their skateboards on. Will be back again. There were my 4, plus my mother, and had 2 nieces that slept over most nights and everyone seemed to have smiling faces!

Enjoyed the beach, though very crowded. Enoyed a half day fishing trip. Loved the neighborhood and walk to bakery.

We had an amazing time. This property was located with easy access to the beach and other activities. I would definitely recommend this to my friends for future use.
