I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Seaside for many years. This cottage was perfect for our family but the road being torn up and blocked off was very inconvenient. we had to park our car a block away thus had to pack and unpack from that distance. We were told in an email that the road was being paved, but I had no idea it would be this bad. We would have made other arrangements if possible.

This was a cozy house that had plenty of room for my wife, myself and 5 tween/teenage girls. We loved the screen porch and the close proximity to the beach and Seaside downtown area. We also took advantage of the pool the last day which was very nice and provided towels. I would stay here again!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is dated . Late 80’s.Appliances are dated , stove with oven are max 27”” slammed in the corner against the fridge. No counter space on that end. Bathroom dated .Overall a 5 star out of 10. One again great location, lucky we went out to eat a lot and watched the sun set so the time spent in the house was to rest our head.
