Bring your boat along and enjoy fishing or sailing in the Hogtown Bayou. The location of the cottage is away from the tourist and traffic but close enough to enjoy the Emerald Coast. You will be 5-15 minutes to everything the emerald coast has to offer! This quaint cottage is a 750 square foot Katrina Cottage equipped with 2 bedroom(1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with twin trundle bed), 1 bath that sleeps 4 comfortably and a cot bed that could sleep 1 if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, cooking dishes, pot and pans, and everything you will need for your stay. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the hall area. The cottage is stocked with beach towels, 3 kayaks, 1 wave kayak, a large outdoor Jenga set and everything you will need for your beach or bay experience. An outdoor fire pit area is surrounded by lights creating the perfect atmosphere for grilling on the Weber grill.
