EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts and pickleball courts are new and open. brbrThis is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.brbrEverything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.brbr This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in. brbrA heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.brbrLoggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.br.brThis unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry smart-lock technology. This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option to check-in directly to the property. Six glass doors slide aside to open the living/dining room to the sights and sounds of outdoors.brbrThe cottage kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove, and lots of pull out shelves and cupboard space. The washer and dryer is on the main level between the bedrooms and kitchen for convenience.brbrThe completely screened downstairs includes the heated pool, several sitting areas to meet your desire to be in the sun or shade. Loggerhead Cay 342 is a very nice 2nd floor, two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located on world renowned Sanibel Island, Florida. Our condo features a spacious floor plan with a full kitchen, living area with sleeper sofa and screened lanai perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Island Breeze. You will even get a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two full sized beds. Loggerhead Cay complex has a very large heated pool, bbq grills, tennis courts and is located on the beach. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home away from home soon! The new owners have re-painted the condo in more subtle blue tones along with all new, modern, beach decor and furniture. brbr*Important Note: This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas.
