It was the nicest, best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. Exquisitely decorated, great location and view. Clean as a whistle and so comfortable.

Jacqueline, We had a wonderful stay in the condo, fabulous weather, and a very relaxing vacation. The access to the pool, beach, bikes, bike paths, tennis and golf were amazing. A few highlights - There appears to have been prior water damage in the condo. We noticed upon arrival that the baseboards were spongy and you could see where the wall is cracked in those spots. These places include the dining area near the washer/dryer and baseboards near both sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. I was initially concerned due to my asthma, but it didn’t seem to be a problem. As well, there was a hole in the second bathroom door from a previous guest. None of these things impacted our stay, but wanted you to be aware of them. We appreciated the comfy beds and furnishings. Thanks again and hope to visit again very soon! All my best, Susan

Condo needs updating and painting. No carpet! Condo needs dehumidifier. The views were out of this world. I would stay again with updates.

Everything that is needed for a beach vaca is provided. Towels, chairs, shell scoop, noodles and more. The kitchen is over the top. Grilling was a community adventure with great grills available. The view is spectacular. The elevator and stairs were very easy to negotiate. Cooling off in the pool at the end of the afternoon was a treat. And of course, the shelling was spectacular. The location is very central on the island.

The condo was clean and modern with a lovely gulf view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Fantastic location, close to Bailey’s for excellent morning lattes, the furniture and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

We always have a blast on Sanibel Island and this year was no exception! Thank you for the gorgeous place to stay during our trip!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful with everything we needed! We swam with manatees and sting rays right off the beach in front of the condo! We had several star fish in the water, watched a sea turtle being released and picked up beautiful shells! In the late afternoon, we were able to watch thunderstorms roll in and played several card games as a family!! So much adventure and close family time! We are forever grateful! The condo was so comfortable and beautifully done we felt right at home!! Thank you for being home base for our wonderful vacation! We will be coming back!!

Easy access to anything on Sanibel. Condo was clean, beautiful, perfectly located on the beach, and had everything we needed! Beach towels, chairs, a canopy for the beach, a small cooler...who could ask for more! Cooking was easy and there were plenty of dishes and any cookware needed for any type of meal. We'd love to stay there again!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young teens) stayed for 7 days. Pros: Condo was centrally located and close to everything with balcony view right on the beach. Condo was spacious, clean and provided all the basics (coffee maker, dishes, towels, blankets, etc.) and everything worked (AC, appliances, etc.). We appreciated the blackout curtains in the master and living room. Cons: The second bedroom had a full size bed with a twin. Both kids slept on the twin at some point and said it was uncomfortable (may be a trundle bed). For a beach condo there were few hooks or convenient places to hang the daily wet bathing suits and towels so I ended up using the dryer. The decor is a bit dated but overall we were comfortable, had plenty of room and a fantastic view.
