The main living areas and the bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms have newly installed plank flooring. We have paid attention to the details and comforts of home for our guests. The primary suite offers a King bed and a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and dual vanities. The secondary suite offers a Queen bed and a walk-in closet. The secondary bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Both mattresses are new foam posture pedic. Each bedroom has a new 50 in Smart 4K TV and a ceiling fan. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that has an upgraded gel-foam mattress. Gulfer’s Paradise has a fully equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast or a delicious dinner in. Some of the included items are pots, pans, baking ware, plates, cups, flatware, serving and storage pieces, utensils and small appliances. There are 2 dining locations in the condo. One is located in the kitchen and has 4 chairs. The other is in the dining area and has seating for 6. The condo has a new washer and dryer for your private use. The living area has 2 comfortable couches, a ceiling fan and a new 65 in Smart 4K TV. All windows have room darkening curtains. The condo was also upgraded with new hurricane impact windows and slider, which make the environment inside more comfortable and quieter. The private patio off the living room offers a great view of the pond that attracts many birds and the 8th hole of the Isla del Sol Yacht & Country Club (membership required). The patio has a new bistro patio set to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The patio also has an electric grill for your use. This awesome community offers a lagoon style swimming pool and hot tub, just a 2 minutes’ walk from the condo. There is a private beach that is a 5-minute walk from the condo. In addition, there are lovely, designated walking and biking lanes that are surrounded by royal palms, ponds, and waterways.brbrGulfer’s Paradise was designed and furnished to help guests feel at home and offer the convenience of home while away.
