Vacation in Paradise with all the comforts and coziness of home! Gulfer's Paradise is a 1st floor condo that was recently renovated and completely updated with new furnishings and appliances. The main living areas and the bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms have newly installed plank flooring. We have paid attention to the details and comforts of home for our guests. The primary suite offers a King bed and a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and dual vanities. The secondary suite offers a Queen bed and a walk-in closet. The secondary bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Both mattresses are new foam posture pedic. Each bedroom has a new 50 in Smart 4K TV and a ceiling fan. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that has an upgraded gel-foam mattress. Gulfer’s Paradise has a fully equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast or a delicious dinner in. Some of the included items are pots, pans, baking ware, plates, cups, flatware, serving and storage pieces, utensils and small appliances. There are 2 dining locations in the condo. One is located in the kitchen and has 4 chairs. The other is in the dining area and has seating for 6. The condo has a new washer and dryer for your private use. The living area has 2 comfortable couches, a ceiling fan and a new 65 in Smart 4K TV. All windows have room darkening curtains. The condo was also upgraded with new hurricane impact windows and slider, which make the environment inside more comfortable and quieter. The private patio off the living room offers a great view of the pond that attracts many birds and the 8th hole of the Isla del Sol Yacht & Country Club (membership required). The patio has a new bistro patio set to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The patio also has an electric grill for your use. This awesome community offers a lagoon style swimming pool and hot tub, just a 2 minutes’ walk from the condo. There is a private beach that is a 5-minute walk from the condo. In addition, there are lovely, designated walking and biking lanes that are surrounded by royal palms, ponds, and waterways.

Gulfer’s Paradise was designed and furnished to help guests feel at home and offer the convenience of home while away. All linens and towels are provided. The servette in the dining area has a charging station for electronic devices. All the table lamps are dimmable and are equipped with charging ports. There are sound machines, multiple luggage racks and beach towels located in each bedroom. The outside storage closet has beach chairs, beach umbrellas and pool noodles. There are many other things we have included to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Lastly, we supply a starter welcome kit that offers a few essentials such as toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods.

Countless activities are available for both the young and young-at-heart. Enjoy the area's walking and biking trails, fishing, swimming, golfing, boating, sight-seeing trips, nightlife, casino cruises, sunset cruises, watercraft rentals, shopping and so much more.

Don’t pass up the chance to shop, dine and explore downtown St. Petersburg during your stay. Sundial, the city’s newest endeavor located in the heart of downtown, will draw you in with its special collection of shops, restaurants, spas, nightlife and entertainment.

If theme park adventures are what you had in mind, Busch Gardens is a short 45-minute drive from the island or Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are all less than 2 hours away.

For visiting sports fans, the choice is endless. Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, is a short 15-minute drive from Isla. Just north on Interstate 275 is Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning. The Tampa Bay area is also home to the Rowdies of the North American Soccer League, minor league baseball and MLB Spring Training.
