It really isn't big, but it comfortably sleeps four, and is VERY close to the beach and you can see the ocean from your window. However, you should be really close with your traveling companions because there really isn't a lot of privacy between the two sleeping areas. It has a motel-style kitchen. (Toaster Oven Microwave, Fridge and Coffee maker)brbrWe live upstairs and have overly friendly puppies. The only time you may encounter them is when we are in the shared courtyard.
