The home design includes thoughtful touches throughout including stained glass doors and windows, hardwood floors, granite countertops, shuttered windows and original local artwork throughout.brbrThe property is situated in a wonderful walkable neighborhood between the famed Fort Castillo De San Marcos and the beautiful Mission De Nombres. Plus it's a short and pretty walk to all of the historical sites in downtown St. Augustine.brbrMain House: brbrThe first floor has an open floor plan overlooking the heated saline pool with LR, Full Kitchen and dining room space for 6-8. The Living Room has a 50 inch wall hung flat screen TV. Kitchen has full size refrigerator and stove, DW, microwave, coffeemaker and garbage disposal. brbrSecond Floor: brbrUpstairs you will find 2 bedrooms separated by a hallway, laundry area and Jack and Jill bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Size bed, TV, French doors to the upper porch and a large closet. Bedroom 2 has 2 comfy twin beds (or we can combine to make a King). It is also connected to the cottage via a glassed in breezeway but is completely separate and can be closed off by 2 sets of locking doors.brbrPink Cottage: brbrIt's like having another house! The home is updated, and features a screened porch that doubles the living space. The hardest part is going home.brbrBeach Access Update after the storm: The beach is accessible! The south end is best accessed during low tide. The north end, near the inlet has not changed, best access is a little further up from the old walkway. The national park on the other side of the inlet is open and has a great boardwalk. There are multiple beaches 3-5 min drive for additional access at low/high tide in both directions.
