Historic Downtown Home with Heated Pool and Cottage! Walk to Everything!

House was clean and suited our party of 8 perfectly. The two living areas were perfect for Sunday football (avid Steelers fan in one room and Jaguars fans in the other). We were in town for a wedding and loved that we could walk to the Lightner for it. Host was very responsive to all our questions.

Our out of town guests for a wedding loved this house! We also rented the property next door which made it so easy for family to interact. There was perfect space for everyone. Easy walk to downtown. More than enough off road parking. Definitely recommend!!

We had a lovely time. The pool was the perfect size. There were floats available to use, and it was clean and well-maintained.

Our group of five women - affectionately known as The Hens - absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location was perfect - close to everything. We spent our days exploring and our evenings laughing together in the cozy living space playing games. It was truly the ideal spot for our girls’ trip.Thank you for being such a wonderful host and for sharing this lovely home. We are already talking about coming back next year.

We enjoyed a wonderful week. This property was an ideal location to downtown shops and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed the pool, and the layout of the property gave two families room to breathe.

This property was amazing. The location is great, short walk to downtown. Very beautiful quiet neighborhood. The home was perfect. We were 6 ladies celebrating my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Pauline provides great amenities. From laundry detergent to body wash. She was very attentive to any questions I had. It’s nice to have a rental that provides your basic everyday needs. We did Instacart for groceries. The pool was wonderful. Short drive to St Augustine beach. Loved the property!!

It worked so well for us six girls that stayed in this property!! The mamas stayed in the part in the back and the kids stayed in the front! Everyone got to enjoy their space and relax and have a good time! Also spent hours at pool both nights which made everyone happy! The perfect place for us!!

We loved the house! Only complaint is the weather was too chilly to enjoy the pool which we will come back to enjoy!!

My two sisters, two friends, and mom stayed at this wonderful place for a 50th birthday girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and had everything we could ever need. We made coffee every morning, did a puzzle, and played some games (all provided). It is a 10-20 minute walk to all the tours we did near St. George Street. Great location. Communication was great with the property owner. Very friendly. We couldn’t have had a better stay. I am very thankful for the wonderful experience.

Was able to walk everywhere in St Augustine and avoid the traffic. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

The property was very nice and met our expectations. We had a great visit with our friends. The only issues were small. Several lamps didn’t work. A check of them all would be good. The pocket door on the second cottage bedroom was broken. On the whole, a very nice stay.

This large, well designed and easy-to-operate house is perfect for a comfortable and fully stocked place to relax in a large, clean pool after a day of exploring St. Augustine. Easy walk into town. Great host. Beautiful property. Be careful of parking if you have more than 3 cars!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. My son, his wife, and their baby stayed in the main house. My other adult son, my husband and I stayed in the cottage. Both spaces were large so there was more than enough room. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked everywhere except the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. The pool was great!! The house and the cottage were perfect for our family. All the amenities were great. We walked to town everyday and loved the quiet neighborhood. We wish all VRBO's were this nice!

This property is one of our family favorites. We love how it feels like home away from home. Owner is always reachable and will give advance notice if pool people need to stop by etc. Super clean and so close to everything. We will return for sure!!

My sister had her wedding there so we rented the house for the weekend and that worked out great because it was close to ever thing. Loved the stay and would stay there again.
