Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee.brbrBlue Dolphin Beach Front Cottage is situated on two ocean front lots on the Golden Mile of the non-driving section of St. Augustine Beach. The house is the only ocean front house with a pool on the island. brSituated on one lot is the oversized pool and pool deck on the other a charming 1936 beach cottage. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a large wraparound deck with a grill and views of the pool and ocean in one. The oversized master bedroom boasts a full size private deck with 180 degrees of ocean front. br The property is managed by a local owner (not a remote landlord) so there are not layers of management, booking and service fees to pay or remote property monitoring cameras. When done, please clean the lint trap and place lint into provided waste bin.brbr• WIFI: The home is equipped with strong WiFi throughout. brbr• DEDICATED WORK SPACE: There is a dedicated workspace with desk & chair in the master bedroom. brbr• ACCESS: Checkin is at 3pm or after, checkout is at 10am. If a late checkout is desired, please inquire and we will try our best to accommodate. An electric door code will be given to guests.brbr• PARKING: Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway. 3-4 vehicles can easily fit with the gate open. brbr• EXTERIOR: Guests are encouraged to enjoy the large, fully fenced yard equipped with a hammock, bbq grill & fire pit. The fire pit is wood burning, and the grill is charcoal burning; guests can purchase both from the local Publix supermarket and/or Dollar General just up the highway. Please clean up after use and replace the fire pit lit & the bbq cover so that future guests can enjoy as well. There are solar-powered string lights that turn on automatically to provide additional ambience for entertaining at night. There are six provided chairs for the fire pit to cook s’mores or have some drinks, and there’s also a cornhole set that is stored in the laundry room for guests to enjoy outside! We simply ask that it’s returned to the box and to the laundry room after use brbr• TRASH: If any trash bins need to be taken out, there are two black trash cans & one blue recycling bin located outside along the side of the house. If needed, guests can bring the bins to the road for recycling pickup on Monday mornings & trash pickup on Wednesday mornings (approximately 7am). brbr• MISCELLANEOUS: There is a white remote control in the kitchen that can be used to turn on/off the LED lights along to the top of the kitchen cupboards for added ambience, as well as a second remote located in the master bedroom to utilize the same lights behind the headboard. brbr• MAINTENANCE: The yard is maintained by our landscaper that will be there for approximately 30 minutes every other Wednesday. brbr• **DAMAGE DISCLOSURE:** Any damages incurred to the property and/or its contents including, but not limited to, smoking inside, clogged sink from food waste, clogged toilettes from flushing anything but toilettes paper, etc will be reported to VRBO & a damage claim will be filed.
