Always keep the pool patio door locked when no adult is present to prevent children from entering the pool area unsupervised.br2. No diving or running. The pool depth is not suitable for diving. Running on wet surfaces can cause slips and injuries.br3. No swimming under the influence. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the pool.br4. Food and drinks. Food is not allowed in the pool. Drinks are only permitted in non-breakable, plastic containers.br5. Health and hygiene. Guests with contagious skin conditions or open wounds are not permitted to use the pool.br6. Storm safety. Do not use the pool during storms, especially when lightning is present, as it can cause dangerous electric shock in the water.br7. Supervise children at all times. Children should never be left alone in or near the pool area.br8. Do Not Tamper with Pool Equipment – Heater, pump, and filters are for staff use only.br9. No Pets in the Pool – For hygiene and safety reasons.br10. Report Any Damage or Malfunction Immediately – Let the host know right away.brbrHOUSE RULES:br1. Smoking of any product is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property.br2. No guests or visitors are allowed at the property without prior approval from the owners, except registered renters. The total number of people at the property must not exceed 10 at any time. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us at the time of your rental request.br3. Garbage is strictly limited to one regular bag per day. All other waste should be recycled or taken with you upon checkout. Trash must be securely bagged (no leaks) and placed in the outdoor bin. Recyclables must be placed loosely (not in plastic bags) in the yellow-topped recycling bin.brGuests are responsible for moving the bins to the end of the driveway (near the road) on Monday night for early Tuesday morning pickup. Please return the bins to the garbage rack after collection.br4. Please do not set the AC below 70°F. If it runs continuously without a break, it can freeze and stop working.br5. We are located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, who live here year-round. Please to manage outdoor noise and avoid yelling or loud voices, especially in the evening. No loud music outside at any time. No outdoor noise after 10 PM.br6. Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the house.br7. Shake off sand from beach towels and swimsuits before placing them in the washer.br8. Do not use small white cloths to remove makeup, as it can leave permanent stains. Cotton pads are provided for makeup removal.br9. Absolutely no food is allowed in the pool. Drinks are permitted only in plastic cups or glasses.br10. Grilling is only allowed outside of the pool cage area. Grease can attract rodents and may damage the cage.br11. Pet Rules:bro Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool.bro Pets may only be left unsupervised and unleashed in the fenced area of the yard.bro Dogs may not be left alone in the house unless crated.bro Guests must clean up after pets using waste bags and dispose of them properly.
