Stayed Mar 17, 2026The amenities were not as listed. There was 1 out of 5 bikes present with no resolution even though I offered a couple options. There is no poolside grill. It is in the garage and was pulled to the driveway each night. There is no option to increase pool temp from 83 degrees I was told it was a factory setting even after the bike situation was not resolved. I was offered a 100 amazon gift card which i suggested the property owner utilize to purchase bicycles with or update the accuracy of the amenities listed.

Stayed Feb 28, 2026We spent a week in Rotunda West visiting with family and friends. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The communication with owner was great and the listing was exactly right. The kitchen was pretty well stocked.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025This home was perfect for my winter escape. I occasionally had family and friends visit and the lanai, pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed. The location is perfect for beach access and restaurants. When renting, the occasional question arises and house manager Galina responded immediately. She was knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievably prompt. Thank you for a great month!

Stayed Jan 1, 2025We stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house was spacious and clean with everything we would need for our stay. Cozy blankets and beds and they even had coffee for us in the cabinets. There were fun rafts and toys for the pool. Our only issue was the spa didn't heat up. Galina was very responsive but sadly it never was fixed for our stay.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023The property was very clean and everything we needed was available in the home. Pool and patio area were very nice and relaxing; we got a lot of sun. Throughly enjoyed the pool. The only constructive criticism I have is that the lawn and landscaping could use some care. Overall we had a great time! Thank you Galina!
